Working with me means working with a coach from a place of positivity, forward momentum, and a focus on making effective changes. My work is based on the principles of positive psychology, motivational psychology, mindfulness, stress reduction, and neuroscience. My approach focusses on wellness from a 360 degree view, incorporating practices that enhance the mind, body, and brain, and thus allowing clients to live the rich and fulfilling lives they desire. As your coach, I will work with you both to accept yourself as you are, and to actively make whatever changes in your life that you want to make. I tailor my approach to you as an individual. Having had more than fifteen years of experience as a psychotherapist, counselor and coach, I am able to efficiently help you to focus in on what you want to change so that I can help you to move forward with clarity and determination.
