Working with me means working with a coach from a place of positivity, forward momentum, and a focus on making effective changes. My work is based on the principles of positive psychology, motivational psychology, mindfulness, stress reduction, and neuroscience. My approach focusses on wellness, breaking old patterns of behaviour, and moving through areas where one may feel stuck, thus enabling clients to live the rich and fulfilling life they want. With this approach, the emphasis is on understanding how to release self-defeating patterns and live life the way you would like to.

As a coach, I work with clients to actively make change in their lives, incorporating Mindfulness, Untherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in order to tailor my approach to each client who walks through my doors. Having had more than 15 years of experience as a coach, counsellor and psychotherapist, I am able to focus quickly on what you would like to change and move forward with clarity and determination.
