My approach focusses on wellness from a 360 degree view, incorporating practices that enhance the mind, body, and brain, and thus unlocking the ability to live a rich and fulfilling life. I tailor my approach to every group and individual with whom I have the pleasure of working. Having had more than fifteen years of experience as a psychotherapist, counselor and coach, I am able to help others to focus in on their own values and to use that to help them to move forward with clarity and determination.
