New Year's Reset: In this four week course we take a look at motivation and how we can create behaviour change that lasts. Create the life you want to live! January 13 - February 3 on Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30pm UK time, 11:30am - 12:30pm California time. Cost £60

 

New Year's Balance: In this four week course we work on cultivating balance, taking a deep dive into gratefulness, kindness, and developing calm and love. January 13 - February 3 on Tuesdays from 7-8pm UK time, 11-12pm California time. Cost £60

Follow-on Course: This is designed for anyone who has taken my Mindfulness and Wellbeing or Mindfulness and Wellbeing 2 courses. In this course we will meet once a week to discuss recent developments in wellbeing research, and to continue and deepen or breath and mindfulness practices. Enrolment is monthly. Monday evenings, February 1, 8, 15, and 22 from 7-8pm UK time, 11-12pm California time. Cost for February £60.

Helping Children Develop a Growth Mindset: In this hour long workshop we look at what a growth mindset is, and how you can help children to cultivate one. January 15, 7-8pm UK time, 11-12pm in California. Cost £25

 

Breath Exercises to Create Calm: In this hour long workshop we will practice breath exercises that you can implement immediately to help you have a sense of calm. January 22, 7-8pm UK time, 11-12pm in California. Cost £25

 

Helping Children to Cultivate Mindfulness: In this hour long workshop we explore what mindfulness is, how it can help us, and how to help children develop mindfulness. January 29, 7-8pm UK time, 11-12pm in California. Cost £25
